Hello and thank you for choosing our services! We’re excited to work with you. Please take a moment to review our policies below. If you’re comfortable with them, you can proceed with your booking. Deposit Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Appointment Policy: Arriving more than 30 minutes late will result in forfeiting your appointment and deposit. If you need to cancel, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule your appointment and transfer your deposit. After a second cancellation, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new, non-refundable deposit will be required to rebook. No-shows forfeit the ability to transfer deposits. Payment Policy: The remaining balance for services is due at the start of your appointment. We accept debit/credit cards, Cash App, Venmo, and cash. Age & ID Policy: Clients must be 18 or older. Please bring a valid ID to confirm your age. Health & Safety: Services are not available for individuals with serious medical conditions, those who are pregnant or nursing, or those who’ve used acne medications like Accutane or Retin-A in the past year. Cosmetic tattoos are not recommended for individuals using blood thinners, such as aspirin, due to the risk of excessive bleeding. Service Animal Policy: Only service animals are permitted. If you plan to bring one, please contact Leslie at (314) 328-9401 before booking. Visitor Policy: Only the client and the tattoo artist are allowed in the studio during the procedure. Preparation & Aftercare: Please avoid alcohol and caffeine before your appointment as they can increase bleeding. Consent forms are required prior to your procedure. Aftercare instructions will be sent electronically, and aftercare kits will include A&D ointment. Courtesy Policy: Please keep cellphone use to a minimum in common areas to maintain a quiet, focused environment for everyone. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
