If you are comfortable with them, you can proceed with your booking. **Deposit Policy:** - Deposits are non-refundable. **Appointment Policy:** - Clients who are more than 30 minutes late will forfeit their appointment time and deposit. - Clients who provide at least 24-hour notice for cancelation can move their deposit to one available appointment. If a second cancellation occurs, the deposit will be forfeited, and rebooking will require a new non-refundable deposit. No-shows forfeit the ability to move their deposit to another appointment. **Payment Policy:** - The remaining payment for the service is due at the start of the appointment. We accept electronic payments (debit/credit card, Cash App, or Venmo) and cash. **Age and Identification:** - Clients must be 18 or older at the time of the appointment. Please bring a form of ID to verify your age. **Health Restrictions:** - Services are not available for individuals with serious medical conditions, those who are pregnant or nursing, or those who have taken acne medications such as Accutane or Retin-A within the last year. It's recommended to wait a year before undergoing cosmetic tattoo procedures. - Cosmetic tattoos are not recommended for individuals using blood thinners, such as aspirin, due to the risk of pigment bleeding and poor clotting. **Service Animal Policy:** - Animals are not allowed in the building, except for legally documented service animals. If you plan to bring a service animal, please call Leslie at (314) 328-9401 before booking your appointment. **Visitor Policy:** - Only the tattoo artist and the client are allowed in the building during the procedure. **Preparation and Aftercare:** - Please refrain from consuming alcohol and caffeine before your appointment, as they thin the blood and increase bleeding. - Consent forms are signed and collected before each procedure. - Aftercare instructions are provided electronically, and aftercare kits consist of A & D ointment. **Courtesy Policy:** - Please refrain from talking on cellphones in common spaces as others may be working, studying, or conducting meetings.
